Migrant Workers Office Verification and Authentication of Job Orders and other documents required by Department of Migrant Workers.
DMW Registration and Accreditation process.
Upon Job Order approval in DMW, Proceed with the sourcing of candidates as per requirements of clients.
Unionskills will conduct Initial screening and evaluation of Candidates
Manpower Selection thru CV Selection, Personal Interview with approval from DMW or Online Interview.
Final selection of candidates
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
30 – 45 days time Depending on Country and Visa Process/Approval

Selected candidates will be provided with Offer letters then proceed with PEOS and E-Registration.
Candidates submission of documents and other credentials then proceed to medical exam.
Once the candidate Fit to Work, Will proceed with Biometrics and Visa Stamping procedure
